Our Installation Process
- Unpacking and Setup: Upon arrival, we’ll unpack your new appliance and prepare it for installation.
- Connection: We’ll connect your dishwasher to the existing water supply, plug it into a standard electrical socket, and securely position it in place.
- Testing: Once installed, we’ll run a cycle test to ensure everything is functioning correctly.
- Clean-Up: We’ll remove and dispose of the packaging, leaving your space clean. If you’ve opted for appliance removal, we’ll also take away your old dishwasher for an additional charge, which we will quote for disposal.

What You Need to Do
To ensure a smooth installation, please follow these steps:
- Clear Access: Make sure the area is easily accessible for our team and that your new dishwasher will fit in the designated space. You can find the measurements in the appliance’s installation guide.
- Connections: Ensure there’s a standard plug socket within one metre of where your dishwasher will be placed, along with a cold water supply and waste hose connector. If these are not available, please arrange for an electrician or plumber to assist before installation.
- Y-Piece for Cold Water: If you are installing the dishwasher next to a washing machine, you’ll need a Y-piece to split the cold water supply. These can be purchased at most hardware stores.
- Appliance Removal: If you haven’t selected our appliance removal service, please ensure your old appliance is moved out before we arrive.
What We Don’t Cover
There are a few things to keep in mind regarding what our service does not include:
- We cannot install your appliance if there is no plug socket within one metre of its placement.
- If there are any plumbing issues, installation may need to be rescheduled until resolved.
- We are unable to make changes to your home’s plumbing system.
- We do not disconnect integrated appliances or install freestanding ones in their place.
